Brioni in Woodbury Commons, NY is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver a distinctive luxury experience and guide clients across the Brand. You will nurture long-term relationships, drive clienteling, and help achieve store targets and KPIs.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in luxury brand sales, fluency in English, and strong knowledge of men's formalwear; MTM experience is a plus. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and inventory periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury brand sales.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of men's formalwear.
• Experience in high-end fashion.
• MTM specialization is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build positive relationships with customers from first contact to farewell.
• Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
• Contribute to store targets and KPIs.
• Use Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Create networks to expand the customer base.
• Gather information about market trends, events and competitors.
• Collaborate with colleagues in-store and across the company.
• Follow stock procedures per company standards.
