Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in menswear or fashion luxury retail.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in retail.
• Strong communication and personalized service skills.
• Knowledge of menswear trends and brands.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to online and in-store customers.
• Promote brand and product, maximize contact opportunities.
• Inform customers about loyalty programs to grow the customer database.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador aligning with brand standards.
• Develop relationships to enhance brand image and prestige.
• Contribute to sales strategy and help achieve team targets.
• Guide customers through checkout, handle packaging and appreciation at departure.
• Support omnichannel flows (Click & Collect, etc.).
• Assist in stock management and store upkeep.
