• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Show hospitality to guests and team members.
• Become an expert on Shinola brand and products.
• Connect guests with products to be lived in, well loved, and worn out.
• Build in-store relationships through meaningful outreach to guests.
• Learn Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook & Teams, Zipline.
• Keep the store clean, presentable, and stocked.
• Abide by Time & Attendance policies and all company policies.
