Job summary

Shinola in Boston is seeking a friendly retail associate to welcome guests, become an expert on Shinola products, and help shoppers connect with timepieces and leather goods built to be lived in and loved.

You will keep the store inviting, learn Salesforce, Outlook & Teams, and Zipline, and build lasting relationships through proactive guest outreach. This hourly role offers potential monthly bonuses, paid time off for full-time staff, and benefits including medical, dental, vision.

Sampling of Total Rewards Program:

• Compensation type: hourly
• Compensation:
  Compensation can be negotiated based on previous experience & qualifications.
  • Starting at $18.40 - $20.25 per hour
• Potential monthly bonus based on store financial performance.

Eligible employees can participate in a monthly bonus program if the store exceeds monthly sales volume targets. Eligibility is determined upon date of hire during the current fiscal month and cash bonus amounts dependent on job title and sales volume targets. Retail bonus details are available upon request.
