Job summary

Breitling is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager in Glendale, CA to help the Boutique Manager drive sales, manage staff, and deliver a premier luxury guest experience. You will supervise floor coverage, coach the sales team, and ensure Breitling standards are upheld during daily operations.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and a passion for fine timepieces.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Previous experience in high end watch sales preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
• Results oriented and self-motivated individual who is able to achieve goals defined by management.
• Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor coverage to support sales team in providing a luxury experience for customers.
• Partner with Boutique Manager to monitor performance goals and adjust to meet or exceed goals.
• Address and resolve client situations according to company standards; escalate as needed.
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Support sales associates in training on sales techniques and clienteling.
• Develop strong product knowledge and Breitling heritage to communicate to customers and team.
• Oversee current industry trends and technology including competition awareness.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
• Support all company initiatives related to product launches and customer service.
