Frette in Boston seeks a Support Associate to oversee stockroom, inventory control, client experience, and store maintenance. You will work with management and sales to ensure an elevated selling ceremony and superior customer service through product knowledge.

Responsibilities include inventory control, maintaining store standards, and assisting with offsite activities. The role requires flexibility for a retail schedule, strong organization, and teamwork to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in a retail store environment, including back-of-house support preferred.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS, shipping, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, collaborative and positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Inventory Control ownership including cycle counts and adjustments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow across front of house, back of house, and offsite storage.
• Train staff in BOH procedures and communicate policy changes across the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to prioritize customer sales and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention, Inventory Control, Boutique Maintenance and POS procedures.
• Maintain daily/weekly inventory processes and assist with bi-annual inventory prep.
