The Hermès Waikiki Boutique is seeking a Stock Specialist to organize stockrooms, process deliveries, and support the sales team in a luxury, fast-paced environment. You will retrieve items, prep stock for floors, and ensure inventory accuracy while delivering an extraordinary client experience.

Ideal candidates are detailed, flexible, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office is required; this role is an on-site position in Honolulu with competitive

Qualifications

• Professional who is detailed oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills and gracious, warm approach.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel).
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated location.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by quickly locating merchandise and retrieving sizes.
• Deliver and move product between floors for clients and staff.
• Engage customers with a friendly, warm attitude and exceptional service.
• Store and replenish merchandise on sales floors efficiently.
• Reticket merchandise returns daily and return to floor or stock.
• Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
• Support shipping/receiving with daily new receipts and stock placement.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock room.
• Assist selling team with stock and size questions as needed.
• Organize stock to optimize workflow and space utilization.
