Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and related experience or education.
• Three plus years’ high-end retail, boutique or sales experience.
• Understand inventory, sales experience and merchandising.
• Proficient with Cegid transactions (sales, returns, lookups) and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maximize sales by assisting clients and promoting products.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Handle cash, returns, exchanges, and card payments at POS.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to all policies.
