Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and either a degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Three plus years’ high-end retail, boutique or sales related work experience.
• Proficient with Cegid transactions (sales, returns, CRM), UPS system, and basic MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maximize sales while delivering outstanding customer service and adhering to store policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise care information; assist on merchandising and floor displays.
• Handle POS transactions accurately, process returns/exchanges, and manage stock and floor replenishment.
