Job summary

Longchamp USA Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for our Chicago boutique. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, merchandise the floor, operate the POS, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years in high-end retail, strong product knowledge, and proficiency with POS/Cegid; willingness to travel between boutiques and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED) and either have a degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent work experience and education.
• Three plus years’ high-end retail, boutique or sales related work experience.
• Understand inventory, customer’s sales experience and merchandising.
• Proficient with the UPS System and properly manage shipments.

Responsibilities

• Generates and maximizing sales by convincing clients to purchase the company’s products.
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge and merchandise care information.
• Stays updated on new items and customer service guidelines and store policies.
• Develops and maintains client books.
• Keeps records of sales.
• Follows customer service guidelines and loss prevention procedures.
• Greets, serves and advises clients with outstanding customer service.
