The role may include opening/closing duties and keyholder opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old to align with company standards.
• Background in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles with premium service.
• Availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to be on the sales floor, stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and drive customer satisfaction.
• Enhance team and customer engagement while maintaining brand standards.
• Contribute to store success through visual and operational excellence.
• May include opening/closing duties and potential keyholder responsibilities.
• Support other brands in our portfolio through openings and activations.
