Job summary

Cartier North America in Dallas is seeking an Operations Coordinator to uphold Maison compliance and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced boutique. You will oversee day-to-day processes, administrative tasks, financial compliance, logistics, and inventory control, collaborating with client-facing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to travel for trainings.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of Maison policies and procedures.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Manage movement of product, shipments, transfers, and stock while preventing losses.
• Monitor daily transactions and paperwork for accuracy.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for seamless operations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and stock movements to support annual inventory.
