Job summary

Christian Dior Couture, a landmark brand within the LVMH Group, seeks a Boutique Director for its Las Vegas flagship. You will lead sales generation across all product categories, oversee operations, and drive client development while managing a high-performing leadership team.

The role requires strong luxury fashion knowledge, staff development, and exceptional client service. Travel and a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Luxury Fashion Industry and Luxury Clientele.
• Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership team and staff, build strong internal and external relationships.
• Effectively delegate tasks and follow-up with Department Managers.
• Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly and listen attentively to others, provide instructions to all employees.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel as needed.
• Operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
• Understand and apply all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achievement of annual Boutique sales goals across all product categories
• Manage leadership team to develop Sales Associates to meet and exceed expectations around client development and individual sales goals
• Ensure that all Clients experience outstanding service at all times
• Conduct regular management touchbases to review performance, operations, and employee relations issues
• Oversee staffing and scheduling of associates and ensure payroll budgets
• Partner with Human Resources to oversee recruitment and hiring of Boutique Sales and Leadership Team
• Manage payroll, expenses, and headcount to maintain Operating Budget
• Organize events with Corporate Office to increase traffic and sales
• Develop product knowledge with Merchants and Training Team
• Ensure and develop Visual Merchandising aligned with brand direction
• Coordinate in-store promotions such as seasonal sales and trunk shows
• Report on product sell-through and client feedback to Merchandising Team
• Manage operational processes with Operations Manager incl. Shipping, Inventory, Aftersales
• Adhere to Company policies and ensure security and maintenance of store
• Review operational reports, monitor profitability, manage payroll budgets
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, and charge-backs for inventory accuracy
• Ensure security and safety compliance
• Conduct Quarterly Emergency Procedures meetings and update emergency lists
• Problem solve and develop strategies to support service, efficiency, productivity
