You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and ensure top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong track record in luxury retail, robust leadership skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience, luxury or jewelry preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering high-level client service.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient with POS systems, clienteling tools, and MS Office.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• US work eligibility and High School Diploma or equivalent.
