Breguet in Beverly Hills is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the flagship boutique, drive luxury clientelling, and supervise staff to meet sales targets with impeccable service standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of flagship luxury retail experience, a proven ability to manage inventory, cash, and loss prevention, and a passion for upholding the brand’s prestige and client experience.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of flagship or luxury retail location management experience is required.

• Apply business strategies and plans to achieve sales results through clientelling, superior customer service and staff management
• Performs daily activities of operating luxury boutique as per company standards inclusive of maximizing inventory, cash control and loss prevention techniques
• Ensures a consistent, quality store experience for customers
• Brings positive recognition to the Breguet brand through effective communication, enthusiastic attitude, professionalism and in-depth brand knowledge
• Prioritize, plan, delegate, administrate and adapt to business needs
