CH Carolina Herrera is seeking a Key Holder to create a welcoming shopping environment, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive customer loyalty. You will act as a role model for staff, keeping the store organized, maintaining visual standards, and supporting sales targets in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

Minimum 2+ years in retail management, preferably in fashion luxury brands, with strong client relations and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years retail management experience, preferably in fashion luxury brands.
• Strong experience in creating and maintaining clientele relations.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize a pleasant shopping environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Drive customer loyalty and maintain the store’s image.
• Manage replenishment and merchandising to standards.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs set by store leadership.
• Assist with inventory and training of new staff.
