Hublot, the master of fusion, invites applications for a Boutique Director in Miami Design District. You will lead the boutique team, drive sales, uphold brand standards and ensure exceptional client service in a luxury environment.

Reporting to North America management, you will oversee operations, events, training, and VIP client development while collaborating with marketing and external partners to grow the local market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of luxury retail experience with US market exposure.
• 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
• Watch industry experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, customer focus, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead boutique team to meet annual sales targets and customer service standards.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and back-office operations.
• Manage events, activations, and local networking efforts.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Sales Associates and, for some boutiques, an assistant director.
• Coordinate with HR and HQ on policies and staff issues.
