Job summary

AMIRI seeks enthusiastic Client Advisors for our North Georgia Premium Outlets store to deliver luxury client service while meeting ambitious sales targets. You will build lasting client relationships through expert product storytelling and knowledge, driving both local and international client networks.

You will work on-site in a fast-paced luxury boutique, collaborating with store and corporate teams to ensure outstanding service across in-person, phone, and digital channels, while supporting

Qualifications

• 1+ years Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI including: sales volume, units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADT).
• Maintain a strong drive for results with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Provide best in class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge by engaging clients with craftsmanship storytelling.
• Develop a vast local and international client book and network.
• Partner with store and corporate management to resolve client issues in the business's interest.
• Coordinate with management on floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise on request.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect assets through procedures.
