Job summary

AMIRI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its North Georgia Premium Outlets location. This leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, developing the team, and maintaining health and safety standards while driving inventory control and in-store operations.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the ASM will lead with authenticity and strategic insight, coaching staff, analyzing store metrics, and ensuring a polished luxury shopping experience aligned with AMIRI’s brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressively responsible retail leadership experience.
• Familiarity with luxury market and selling reports.
• Experience leading retail teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to foster a customer-service oriented culture.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Brand awareness is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active role on the selling floor and develop the team.
• Analyze store metrics including sales, inventory levels, and drop schedules.
• Ensure high sell-through and coordinate stock with the Corporate team.
• Lead daily team meetings to share trends and updates; motivate the team.
• Provide accurate reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Retail Ops to maintain efficient store processes.
• Capture meaningful client data to build relationships and growth opportunities.
• Monitor the Client Management database and monthly reporting.
• Understand and apply relevant retail KPIs in daily operations.
• Support team evaluations and training on KPIs with leadership and HR.
• Ensure compliance with laws, health & safety, HR practices, and Ops standards.
• Promote a polished, professional work environment that reflects brand values.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding for new hires.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives like product launches and events.
