Job summary

Ring Concierge in Boca Raton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver elevated client experiences in a luxury jewelry environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement initiatives, supervise inventory, visual merchandising, and shipments, and mentor a high-performing team on the floor.

You will contribute to promotions, events, and store openings while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with teams to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
• Previous store leader experience in retail or customer-focused roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences; experience in related categories is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to accommodate dynamic business needs, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active and engaged presence on the sales floor, with the physical capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds to ensure operational excellence and an elevated customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and drive sales while cultivating exceptional customer relationships.
• Partner with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives that boost performance and revenue.
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and shipment processing for smooth store operation.
• Contribute to market and brand initiatives such as events, activations, and store openings.
