Ring Concierge in Boca Raton is a luxury jewelry boutique seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead on the sales floor, partner with the Store Manager, and oversee daily operations with a focus on outstanding client service.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail leadership, strong coaching and communication, and familiarity with retail tech such as Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace. Competitive hourly pay ($21–$23) with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to coach selling behaviors and drive sales results.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Experience with retail technology (Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, Google Workspace) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching and floor leadership.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities to maximize results.
