DEBORAH JAMES FASHION in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an experienced luxury fashion retail leader to provide personalized styling and exceptional customer service while supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals.

The role involves building a client book, overseeing opening/closing, inventory, visual merchandising, and coaching the sales team, with increasing leadership responsibilities as the role develops. Weekend availability is required.

Competenze

At least 3 years of experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail.
Management, keyholder, or team leadership experience preferred.
Experience building and maintaining a client book; established clientele is a plus.
Strong styling, communication, and organizational skills.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
Availability to work weekends.
Three professional references required.

Mansioni

Provide personalized styling and exceptional customer service.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and overseeing daily operations.
Build and maintain a client book through regular outreach and follow-up.
