FASHIONPHILE in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the sales team, ensure operational excellence, and help maintain a positive work environment, stepping in as acting Store Manager when needed.

The role requires 3+ years in retail with leadership experience, strong communication, and a tech-savvy approach with Google Drive and Apple devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet store goals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance metrics
• Leading by example in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
• Monitoring sales floor activity, coach associates, and ensure customer concerns are handled promptly
• Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to foster team growth and engagement
• Supporting scheduling to ensure proper coverage
• Overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and compliance with company policies & procedures
