Job summary

Cartier seeks a Boutique Assistant to support a seamless, memorable luxury client experience in our Troy, MI boutique. The role helps maintain a welcoming environment and assists both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

You will prepare for appointments, assist with product presentation, gift wrapping, and client hospitality, while managing boutique traffic, calls, and service requests. Requirements include experience in luxury retail or hospitality, strong MS Office skills, SAP

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge and additional languages are preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for appointments, assist with product presentation, and support sales finalization, gift wrapping, and client hospitality.
• Help manage boutique traffic, appointments, incoming calls, and client service requests.
• Maintain visual standards and organization in client service and hospitality areas, and assist with boutique opening and closing.
• Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative boutique team.
