Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Bellperson or guest service role in luxury settings is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling and delivery to rooms or storage.
• Help guests load/unload belongings from vehicles.
• Coordinate with Bell Services dispatch for efficient service delivery.
• Provide information on amenities, attractions, and dining options.
• Accept and log packages and notify recipients promptly.
• Maintain a courteous, attentive guest relations approach.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
