Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a luxury hotel guest service role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift and move luggage.
• Willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Knowledge of local attractions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with arrivals and departures.
• Assist with luggage gridding and baggage transport.
• Safely transport luggage using carts and equipment.
• Help guests load and unload belongings.
• Log incoming packages and notify recipients.
• Maintain a clean, organized bell service area.
• Collaborate with front desk and security on lost and found.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
