Job summary

Hôtel Swexan, operated by Harwood Hospitality Group in Dallas, seeks a courteous Doorman/Bellman to greet guests, assist with luggage, and support the Front Office team in delivering Forbes 5-Star service.

You will help guests in the lobby, escort to elevators and rooms, maintain entrance and lobby cleanliness, ensure safety, and participate in required training to uphold luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Walking and standing for long periods of time and ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Frequent ability in standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, bending, stooping.
• High school diploma or equivalent related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain Forbes 5-Star level of service.
• Communicate and welcome guests in a friendly demeanor at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of Hôtel Swexan's entrance, lobby, and elevators areas.
• Ensure safety and security for our guests.
• Assist guests with their luggage, packages, etc.
• Open doors, assist with luggage, escort guests to elevators and to their rooms as needed.
• Continuously find opportunities to assist guests, other departments or leaders.
• Attend required training classes as needed to maintain a luxury level of service.
• Other duties as assigned.
