Job summary

Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston is seeking a Bell Attendant to provide warm, professional service to guests from arrival to departure. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and coordinate with Front Office and Concierge to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to accommodations.
• Escort guests to guestrooms with a personalized orientation to features and amenities.
• Manage luggage storage and timely delivery of items to rooms.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping for seamless service.
• Maintain a visible presence at the lobby to assist guests and ensure safety.
