Job summary

INNESS in the Hudson Valley seeks a friendly Bellman/Driver to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide transportation around the property. You will support the Front Desk and Guest Services teams while ensuring a clean, inviting arrival area and vehicles.

The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and weekend/holiday availability. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide transportation throughout the property using golf carts or company vehicles.
• Offer information about the property, amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Deliver guest requests, amenities, and packages to accommodations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest arrival areas and vehicles.
• Assist with valet parking and traffic flow during busy arrival and departure periods.
• Support the Front Desk and Guest Services teams as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting property.
• Other tasks as required
