Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Costa Mesa, CA to deliver exceptional customer service and actively promote Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster products to shoppers.

You may support store management when the Store Manager is away, assist with merchandising and programs, and help maintain a premium brand image. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail experience in luxury or high-end products are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ retail experience, preferably in high-end luxury or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and collaborate in a store setting.
• Flexibility in work schedule to cover store hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining overall store performance.
• Provide leadership across the sales process and maintain brand standards.
• Support merchandising and store programs.
• Identify deficiencies and assist the Store Manager in solving problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
