Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager for smooth daily operation. You will coach the team to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service and drive sales while handling cash and opening/closing the store on a rotation basis.

Ideal candidates have retail experience in cosmetics, strong customer service, and a willingness to develop supervisory skills toward a long-term career with a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store experience desirable.
• Supervisory/coaching experience to achieve sales targets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store and support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Provide inspirational, authentic customer service and drive sales and KPIs.
• Manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation, open/close on a rota.
