Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets. You will also manage cash reconciliation at start and end of day and rotate responsibility for opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient running of the store.
• Lead by example to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
• Demonstrate leadership through coaching and mentoring of the sales team.
• Be adaptable to retail hours, including weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
