L’Oréal USA in Denver is seeking a Sales & Training Executive to drive retail sales and develop education strategy for department and specialty accounts. You will maintain strong relationships with store teams and maximize business goals through effective training and launches.

Ideal candidates have extensive retail leadership experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel 60–80% to support retailers within the territory.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of retail management experience, with 3–5 years across multiple retailers/store locations.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and executing brand initiatives.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Strong merchandising, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coach beauty advisors to exceed sales targets and collaborate with store leadership.
• Plan, execute, and track training and Kiehl's Academy courses.
• Monitor business trends and coordinate product launches, promotions, and PWPs.
• Manage daily, monthly, and seasonal performance within the territory.
• Lead seasonal retailer meetings and regional strategy sessions.
