Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Nashville is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will lead by example, delivering authentic, personalized customer service to reach sales and service targets.

You will also handle cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and contribute to a positive, development‑driven work environment with progression opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience in retail operations including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to coach and mentor sales team.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close on a rota.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets.
