Nordstrom Beauty is seeking a passionate team member to create personalized beauty experiences for customers, conducting makeup applications and skincare analyses. You’ll drive in-store and digital sales while staying on-trend with luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively handle concerns and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Empathy and respect for all customers, providing a supportive environment during makeup and skincare application.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Drive to achieve sales goals, with interest in using networking and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital selling.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends through trainings from Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build loyalty with Nordstrom Rewards.
