• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools including text and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep department ready and organized with cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends through Nordstrom and partner trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty via Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
