Job summary

BYREDO in New York is seeking a luxury beauty sales professional to deliver elevated client experiences and drive sales across fragrance, makeup, home, and byproduct categories. You will build rapport with returning clients and provide personalized shopping experiences in a high-end environment.

You will use BYREDO CRM to manage client information, contribute to retail strategies, and maintain visually compelling displays while meeting KPIs and participating in training sessions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury retail/beauty sales.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends to optimize sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional BYREDO client experiences using the elevated selling approach.
• Build rapport with returning clients and provide personalized shopping experiences.
• Showcase BYREDO products across fragrance, makeup, home, and byproduct categories.
• Exceed KPIs through strategic cross-selling and client relationship management.
• Use BYREDO CRM tools to manage client information and drive loyalty.
• Contribute ideas and retail strategies during store meetings.
• Build client relationships through personalized outreach, master classes, and new launch events.
• Provide attentive after-sales service.
• Maintain knowledge of BYREDO product offerings, new launches, industry innovations, and trends.
• Participate in product presentations and training sessions.
• Ensure product care, handling, and presentation meet luxury standards.
• Manage inventory accurately, replenish stock, and support theft prevention.
• Suggest and execute retail strategies to drive business growth and improve client experience.
• Maintain visually compelling product displays according to visual merchandising guidelines.
