Job summary

Puig is seeking a Client Advisor for BYREDO in Pacific Palisades to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will combine storytelling, product knowledge, and personalized clienteling to connect with clients and grow brand loyalty in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, curating shopping moments, and contributing to retail strategies. A strong background in luxury retail and flexibility for weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitude.
• Able to lift boxes for inventory replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge on industry and market trends to evolve and optimize sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional BYREDO client experience with personalized service.
• Build rapport with returning clients and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Showcase BYREDO’s product portfolio across categories with curated recommendations.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage client information and drive loyalty.
• Collaborate with store team to contribute retail strategies.
