BYREDO, South Coast Plaza, seeks a full-time client advisor to drive sales and service through exceptional client experience, personalized clienteling, and operational excellence in a luxury beauty environment.

You will combine storytelling, product knowledge, and a passion for beauty to inspire clients, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a high-energy team. Availability to work weekends and holidays, strong communication, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge on industry and market trends to evolve and optimize sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional BYREDO client experience, demonstrating expertise and understanding of our elevated selling approach.
• Build rapport with returning clients by recognizing their needs for a personalized shopping experience.
• Showcase BYREDO’s product portfolio across categories, offering curated recommendations and memorable shopping moments.
• Exceed KPIs through strategic cross-selling and strong client relationships.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage client information, driving loyalty and personalized service.
• Collaborate with the team during store meetings with innovative retail strategies.
