Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays on an as-needed basis.
• Proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitude.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to lift boxes for inventory replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge on industry and market trends to evolve and optimize sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional BYREDO client experience with elevated selling approach.
• Build rapport with returning clients for personalized shopping experiences.

• Exceed KPIs through strategic cross-selling and client relationships.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage client information and drive loyalty.
• Collaborate with store team during meetings with new ideas and retail strategies.
