Job summary

L’Oréal Professional Products Division seeks a Business Development Manager to secure new partnerships and sell Kerastase and Shu Uemura: Art of Hair to Luxury and Market Leader Salons in the assigned territory in Greater Indianapolis.

The role involves facilitation of professional product training, education, and ongoing support to salons, with a focus on achieving maximum sales potential and maintaining the brand’s luxury positioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales/beauty retail experience.
• Experience with salon or luxury beauty channels is preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with salons.

Responsibilities

• Secure new partnerships with luxury salon clients.
• Sell Kerastase and Shu Uemura: Art of Hair products to salons.
• Lead and support professional product training and initiatives.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies with salon partners.
• Forecast sales and identify new salon opportunities.
• Manage territory and ensure achievement of sales goals.
