The role supports Account Executives in optimizing sales and building trust with retailers, brand ambassadors, and cross-functional teams to deliver premium in-store experiences.

The position in the Washington, D.C. metro area requires 3+ years in luxury retail or beauty sales, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a proactive, organized, travel-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or retail.
• 3+ years of sales or store-level experience, ideally in luxury beauty, fragrance, or fashion.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to exceed sales goals and implement key business strategies.
• Monitor weekly sales reports to identify opportunities and actions with the AE.
• Build strong relationships with AEs, retailers, brand ambassadors, and cross-functional teams.
