Job summary

Puig is seeking a senior field sales leader to drive growth across the Mid-Atlantic territory, owning door strategy, client experience, and brand execution in prestigious beauty partners including Bluemercury, Cos Bar, Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom.

You will oversee multi-door distribution across Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania markets, partnering with store teams to elevate luxury skincare experiences and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of field sales or account management experience in prestige beauty or luxury.
• Strong clinical skincare knowledge helps translate ingredient-led storytelling into sales.
• Experience managing multi-door, multi-state territories and driving results through events, education, and clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute territory strategy to deliver and exceed sales targets.
• Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities and drive action plans by door.
• Build localized strategies for Northeast markets.
• Oversee door productivity including staffing, merchandising, and activations.
• Partner with retailers to execute events, education, and clienteling initiatives.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend to ensure strong ROI.
