Job summary

Nordstrom Beauty is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to create personalized experiences, perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products to help customers look and feel their best.

You will engage with customers, drive sales both in-store and digitally, book appointments, and stay current on trends through brand trainings. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals in-store and digitally with effective selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Keep up with latest beauty trends through trainings by Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
