You will build strong client relationships, engage on social media, and demonstrate makeup consultations while maintaining counter standards and driving cross-sell opportunities to enhance the customer basket.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, within the beauty industry.
• Proven sales experience with goals achieved or exceeded.
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software; comfortable with social media and technology.

Responsibilities

• Focus on achieving and exceeding cosmetic, event, and department sales goals.
• Provide a dynamic service presence at each location.
• Ask targeted questions to identify client needs and guide choices.
• Engage on social media to grow personal brand and business.
• Demonstrate professional makeup consultations and applications.
• Maintain high service levels and develop strong client relationships as brand representative.
• Cross-sell beyond one line to boost basket value.
• Be knowledgeable about in-store services and tailor offers to client needs.
• Record client information and preferences using online clienteling tools.
• Maintain a welcoming counter environment and handle ad hoc duties.
