Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Saltbreeze Bartender to join The Nectar Room team. Reporting to the outlet General Manager, you will deliver personalized service, showcase mixology skills, and engage guests in a luxury setting.

Requirements include 2+ years of bartending in high-end environments, strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, plus English proficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience in fast paced, luxury F&B operations
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual
• Passionate about mixology with knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers
• Brand values adherence and English proficiency
• Effective communication and teamwork in high-pressure environments
• Weekend/holiday availability and ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products, brands, beers and garnishes
• Greet guests and personalize service
• Serve beverages and food per guidelines
• Prepare and serve beverages professionally
• Oversee bar maintenance and stock
• Coordinate food service at the bar with kitchen and service teams
• Provide guests a great bar experience with prompt service
• Enter orders in POS and process payments
• Promote safe, responsible alcohol service
• Restock to par levels and report shortages
• Maintain clean, safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
