Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is hiring a Wager Bartender to join our luxury team in Naples, Florida. The role focuses on precise drink preparation, efficient service, and adherence to standards.

You will prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits while maintaining a clean, stocked bar and excellent guest service. Requirements include 2+ years bartending, strong presentation, knowledge of Micros POS, and ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience in luxury hotel or high-end bar is required.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-focused service skills.
• Outgoing personality and professional presentation expected.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluency in English and work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails; maintain wine list familiarity.
• Deliver quick, accurate beverage service per recipes and laws.
• Confirm guest orders, anticipate needs and offer recommendations.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and concerns.
• Assist in drink development, promotions, and inventory tasks.
• Follow bar procedures and daily checklists.
• Greet guests promptly with professionalism and a warm demeanor.
