Langham Hospitality Group seeks a skilled Bartender for The Langham, Chicago. You will provide friendly, professional service in Travelle Bar and Restaurant, crafting innovative beverages while upholding Forbes and Langham standards.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, maintaining cleanliness, serving guests, and collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Knowledge of mixology and POS systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive mixology knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar in assigned sections with attention to detail.
• Inspect linen, silver, china, glassware for cleanliness and appearance.
• Serve food, coffee, water and beverages to guests as required.
• Resolve guest complaints in a positive and professional manner.
• Cooperate closely with outlet team including servers, porters and kitchen staff.
• Communicate with Restaurant Management daily.
• Maintain cleanliness during and after meal periods.
• Attend monthly department meetings.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Report to supervisor according to operating hours.
