Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in upscale cocktail environments, fluent English, and certifications like LEAD/TIPS. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and teamwork in a late-night venue at a luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in luxury or boutique upper-upscale setting.
• Specialized spirits training or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails with exactness.
• Curate a sophisticated bar-side experience; engage guests with professional charisma and recommendations.
• Maintain an immaculate and organized bar with mise en place for high-volume surges.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, bitters, infusions, and glassware.
• Work with servers and floor staff to ensure stocked glassware and clean presentation.
• Manage cash and credit transactions; perform opening/closing duties and restocking.
