Job summary

Beacon Grand in San Francisco’s Union Square area seeks a Server Assistant to support the Starlite lounge and bar. You will help maintain atmosphere, assist with service, and ensure guest satisfaction from first cocktail to final check.

Required are 1–2 years in a luxury setting, strong cocktail knowledge, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced nightlife environment while communicating clearly with an elite clientele.

Qualifications

• High-volume upscale lounge or luxury hotel experience required.
• Strong product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lounge ambiance through lighting, table settings, and decor.
• Provide discreet, table-side service and restock as needed.
• Support bar and floor teams, assisting bartenders and service staff.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are upheld.
